In addition to South African Facilitators, we are also very privileged and fortunate to have some recognized and accredited U.S.A. Based facilitators, who have vast amounts of experience and knowledge in using the Incident Command System! This is a truly amazing opportunity to have and experience first-hand, the knowledge and experience that these USA Facilitators are able to impart and must not be missed!!
Course Description:
Learn a proven incident management system for emergencies, disasters or events. Students will be introduced to an effective system for command, control and coordination of response to and at an incident event site. The Incident Command System (ICS) is recognized as a standardized on-site management systems designed to enable effective, efficient incident management by integrating a combination of facilities, equipment, personnel, procedures and communications operating within a common organizational structure.
ICS is used to manage an incident or non-emergency event and can be used equally well for both small and large situations.
