- Amathole District;
- Chris Hani District;
- Joe Gqabi District;
- O.R. Tambo District;
- Alfred Nzo District;
- Buffalo City Metro.
NO BURNING OR OPEN FIRES ARE PERMITTED AS FROM 1ST AUGUST 2017 – 31ST MARCH 2018 WITHIN THE FOLLOWING AREAS
- Dr Beyers Naude Municipality from 1 August 2017 until 31 March 2018;
- Blue Crane Route Municipality from 1 August 2017 until 31 April 2018.
NO BURNING OR OPEN FIRES ARE PERMITTED WITHIN THE FOLLOWING AREAS ACCORDINGLY
- Makana Municipality from 1 July 2017 until 31 January 2018;
- Ndlambe- and Sundays River Valley Municipalities from 1 November 2017 until 31 January 2018;
- Kouga – and Koukamma Municipalities from 1 November 2017 until 28 February 2018;
- Nelson Mandela Metro from 1st November 2017 – 30th April 2018.
